Hampton Court Palace Festival

Founded in 1993, the Hampton Court Palace Festival has rapidly established itself as part of the London social season.

In its short history the Festival has already played host to performers such as: José Carreras, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, Monserrat Caballé , James Galway and Sylvie Guillem as well as three Royal Galas.

Hampton Court encompasses nearly five hundred years of English history and is undoubtedly one of Britain's greatest palaces.

It is our intention that a visit to the festival should be a splendid occasion. All concerts take place in the open air (a small number of covered grandstand seats are available at no extra charge) within the stunning setting of Base Court - the first courtyard of the Tudor Palace - entered by passing under Cardinal Wolsey's great Gatehouse.

Each evening will feature a specially extended supper interval (75 minutes) during which time guests are free to enjoy the Palace and Gardens. Picnic amongst the beauty of the Great Fountain Garden or wander through some of the spectacular state apartments as you are entertained by a variety of performers.

It is also our intention that a combination of world class performers and the beauty of one of Europe's premier palaces will combine to make this year's Hampton Court Palace Festival a unique experience.
